This policy explains what personal information Nuqta House collects through this website and how we use it.
1. What we collect
When you send a project brief we receive your name, email address, the services you selected and your message. Our site also collects basic, anonymous usage data such as pages visited and device type.
2. How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and run your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with services we need to run the studio, such as our email provider and project tools, and only as much as they need. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@nuqtahouse.com. We reply within 30 days.
6. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
