Terms of service

These terms apply when you use nuqtahouse.com or hire Nuqta House ("we", "the studio") for design work. By using the site or signing a proposal with us, you agree to them.
1. Our services
We provide brand identity, digital product and website design, art direction, illustration and content design. The scope, timeline and fee of each project are set out in a written proposal that both sides sign before work starts.
2. Fees and payment
Unless the proposal says otherwise, 50% of the fee is due before work starts and 50% on delivery of final files. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Extra rounds of changes beyond those in the proposal are billed at our hourly rate.
3. Your materials
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any text, images, logos and other material you send us, and that we may use them for your project.
4. Ownership of the work
When the full fee is paid, you own the final approved designs and may use them without limit. Concepts, sketches and routes you did not choose remain the property of the studio. Fonts, stock images and software are licensed from their makers under their own terms.
5. Portfolio use
We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media after it is public, unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Cancellation
Either side may end a project with written notice. You pay for the work done up to that date, and the deposit is not refundable once work has started.
7. Liability
We take care to deliver accurate work, but you are responsible for checking final files, including text in both languages, before printing or publishing. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fee paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Nuqta House is registered. Questions about them can be sent to info@nuqtahouse.com.
